Before & After: Gower Street Kitchen

In this Before and After edition we are going to reveal room by room! Starting with the kitchen.

Few rooms play as many roles as the kitchen does! It's where we cook eat and prep our food, where no matter how hard you try to have your parties in other parts of the house, it's where people love to congregate. In order for kitchens to play all these roles, the space needs to be functional and visually appealing.

In the Gower renovation, the kitchen was ready for it's upgrade.

And now for the reveal...

A fresh coat of white paint on the wood beams keep the architecture of the kitchen while making the illusion of an even higher ceiling.

Replacing the faux island with functional island creates more counter space and add more overall function to the space.

There was even space for a cute breakfast nook!

With a matching white tile backsplash, the whole space has a very clean and chic aesthetic while still being an accessible kitchen for the family to love.
